TERMS AND CONDITIONS BUDBEE
§01 GENERAL

§02 DELIVERY OF SERVICE
Delivery of parcels normally occurs between 17:00-22:00 on weekdays as well as Sundays in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö between 16:00-22:00. Budbee AB never charges for the normal delivery, the consumer purchases this directly from the merchant. In some instances, the option to purchase a time-window from Budbee AB is offered in some cases. A time-window is a more precise delivery interval within the normal delivery time (16:00/17:00-22:00), for example, from 17:00-19:00. Delivery of service refers to the delivery taking place within the shorter time interval purchased by the consumer from Budbee AB.
§03 TERMS FOR PURCHASE OF TIME SLOTS
Budbee collaborates with Klarna AB & Adyen NV to enable payment transactions for the consumer. Once the purchase has been completed the payment provider will handle the transaction accordingly.
§04 PAYMENT
Budbee offers payments through Klarna AB & Adyen NV. The consumer has the option to select several payment options including credit card, bank wire transfer, and invoice.
§04 RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
The consumer has no right to withdraw once the time slot has been purchased.
§05 REFUND
If Budbee fails to deliver within the purchased time interval, Budbee will refund the payment to the consumer via Klarna AB or Adyen NV. No consumer will pay for a service Budbee has not been able to deliver.
§06 COOKIES
A cookie is a text file that the website you are visiting is requesting to be saved on your computer. Cookies are used on many websites to give visitors access to various features. The information in a cookie can be used to track a user’s browsing. According to the Electronic Communications Act (July 25, 2003), anyone who visits a website with cookies should be informed about:

§07 FORCE MAJEURE
Budbee AB shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of this agreement for the period that such failure or delay: a.) is beyond the reasonable control of a party, b.) materially affects the performance of any of its obligations under this agreement, and c. could not reasonably have been foreseen or provided against, but will not be excused for failure or delay resulting from only general economic conditions or other general market effects. These circumstances include, but are not limited to: war, riot, fire, natural disasters (flood, hurricane, earthquake), snowstorm or other weather condition or happening that makes roads impassable or by Budbee important infrastructure unusable, explosions, strike, or new laws forbidding pursuance of the Agreement.
