Do you deliver during office hours?
We always deliver during the afternoon/evening, between 5 PM and 10 PM on weekdays and between 4 PM and 10 PM in the cities where we offer deliveries on the weekends. Have you chosen to have the parcel delivered to your office, please contact the webshop you purchased from, and see if they can help you change the address to your home address.
I paid for a specific time interval, what happens if you do not perform the delivery within that time frame?
If we miss your time window and arrive more than 15 minutes late you will, of course, be refunded for the cost. You will be notified by both us and Klarna when the refund has been made.
My parcel was damaged, what do I do?
We kindly ask you to direct your questions directly to the webshop in which you made your purchase.
I am not home at the time of the delivery, can you come later?
Once you have received an estimated delivery time from us, it is unfortunately no longer possible to change it. If you don’t want or have the option to have the parcel left outside your door, please contact customer service through the link in your text or via the app.
Can I book a shorter time window for my delivery?
When a delivery date has been booked you will be given the option to upgrade to a shorter time frame for your delivery. For example, you can choose to have it delivered between 6 PM and 7 PM.
